Once you have filled in the questionnaire, we will send you an invoice to pay. A deposit is required to start the process, the balance is due before finalising the bookings.

Once Payment has been received, you will not be able to cancel and a refund will not be issued.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

- More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit.

- 30 days or less before departure: No refund.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
